This 3D model reveals the full internal structure of the clitoris — its relationship to the labia, vagina and pelvic floor — in a way no textbook diagram or 2D illustration ever could. About the Pelvic Floor Muscle Kit
Learning about PF muscles is really important but it’s also challenging to explain complex anatomy that we can’t see. We know the value of using 3D resources to explain anatomy so we created this PF muscles kit to explain the location and function of pelvic floor muscles. All of the pieces fit into the Cliterate model.
The muscles are a like a sling that keep the pelvic organs in place. Using these pieces in the Cliterate models helps with understanding of their proximity to the structures of the vulva that people are more familiar with – the clitoris, urethra, vagina and anus.
Included in the kit:
Deep Muscle Layer - this supports the pelvic organs - the bladder, bowel and uterus (when present(=) and assists in maintaining continence
Superficial Muscle Layer - closest to the skin and has a role in maintaining continence and sexual function.
Darker Inner Labia - this insert is required in the Cliterate model when using the deep and superficial muscles. This piece has enlarge urethral opening and vaginal opening to enable the demonstration of catheters and swabs. Just click out the existing inner labia and replace it with this darker version.
About the Clit Pack
We created this addition to the Cliterate model to help explain the sexual arousal pathways that cause the bulbs of the clitoris to become engorged with blood and expand.
Each pack contains a non-aroused/non-engorged clitoris and a glow-in-the-dark clitoris. They each fit perfectly into the Cliterate model.
Why a glow in the dark engorged/aroused Clitoris? Other than it looking cool and being fun, this is how an engorged/aroused clitoris appears on a MRI scan. The blood flow to the clitoris and subsequent engorgement causes the clitoris to glow white during a MRI scan. We think this is pretty amazing!

About The Labia Diversity Pack
These additional examples of inner labias click into the Cliterate model to help explain and celebrate the differences in labia minora. Our intention with all things Cliterate is to provide tools to help facilitate conversations, encourage curiousity and reduce judgement. All labias are unique in shape, colour, texture and size.
